ICAST 2021 will be held virtually on the conference platform. The link to the platform can be found in the instructions below.
Instructions
The conference will be held on the platform "iStage" and can be accessed only by registered participants.
- Check-in at iStage by using the external pagecheck-in linkcall_made. It is extremely important to check-in on iStage with the email address which was used on the ICAST2021 registration portal.
- Please check-in as soon as possible
- For consecutive logins use this external pagelog-in linkcall_made.
Once logged-in you will find:
- The Dashboard with the schedule of ICAST2021. Orange sessions in the dashboard’s timeline bar indicate live sessions, blue ones indicate pre-recorded sessions.
- That in general the welcome talks, keynotes and Q&A sessions are live
- A chat function that allows to talk to other ICAST2021 participants
- An event feed where important information is announced during the conference
- The tab poster booths, where you can find the posters for your individual poster booth visit
- A 1-on-1 video call function for the individual posters
Once you're logged-in you can check your profile information and affiliation and update or give further information about yourself. Additionally, you can chat with other users on the platform.
Any minor changes to the programme will be updated on iStage directly.
