Registration procedure

Participants and speakers are kindly asked to register through the external page online registration portal with their name, affiliation and contact details. Speakers additionally submit a profile picture and an abstract.

Keynote and invited speakers

Keynote and invited speakers fill out the contact details in the registration portal. Throughout the registration procedure they will be asked to submit a title and an abstract for their talk. More information on the requirements for the abstract can be found here.

Poster presenters

Participants who are planning to present a poster register through the online registration portal either as a student or regular participant with their name, affiliation and contact details. Please tick the box for poster presentation and sign the copyright form before completion of the online registration. Addtionally, send a title and a short abstract of your poster content to .

Regular participants

Regular participants register through the online registration portal as a student or regular participant with their name, affiliation and contact details.

Deadline

Early bird registration deadline is on September 7th 2021.

Regular registration ends on October 4th, 2021.
